Federico García Lorca is one of the literary geniuses of the 20th century. Granada is Lorca, and Lorca is Granada.

This guided tour of Granada by an Expert Guide is a perfect route to learn about the life and work of the world-admired Andalusian poet and playwright. Life made earth; the earth made work; and literature turned into a sum of feelings, biography and emotions. On June 5, 1898, Federico García Lorca was born in Fuente Vaqueros, Granada. Considered one of the most brilliant Spanish poets of the 20th century, Lorca’s work was already widely recognized in his time, but the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War in 1936 and, apparently, a revenge between families, ended the life of the poet, who died shot.
